It had all the MK "Santanic" plot lines in it...long before I had even heard of Mk Ultra.
In class, we were encouraged to envision different actors and actresses in the characters..to flesh them out. Ironically, I saw John Savage as the 'antagonist' grandfather...before I even met him. For the protagonist, I vacillated a lot. S/he ended going back and forth between several female actresses: Bjork was one of them. The others were Christina Ricci and Winona Ryder...
