Yesterday it was weird I was on the street all day long. I just took 1 apple the yogurth with lemon and honey, as sugar. And I didnt saw the flashy lights or else, nor headaches, just a little numbness on my shoulder, which I reikied on the bus, and it went.

I see very thin flashy lights and headaches appear mainly when doing a stand reiki session.

Sometimes I think is just my mind killing me

Today on the weighing machine reached 74.5kg I was 76.5 or 77kg a few days ago.

Only by doing excercise and night fasting and feel a lot better.

Watch this video Oskr. This guy was pre-diabetic ad fasting on [distilled] water stopped his diabetes.

He used distilled water. Don't know if you can get that in Mexico but at least try to get yourself a water filter like pro-pur.

Some distilled water is not suitable for drinking, I have just read. So filtering may be only option. You can buy water distillers for home which can be drunk.

Thanks peter. I was taking the 800 cal a day fast for 2 months.. yet I started doing excercise along which caused me problems like dizziness. I feel week So still im going to do the water fast challenge in a month or so if the thing got nastier idstart it before. Yet lets see if we can loose some pounds.

Bought this cheap sneakers to do excercise, a few months ago didnt mind about clothing, or sports gear. But it seems it pushes or inspires to do excercise and be healthy.
