I have a very sick family member whom I have been relentlessly sending Reiki every day. However, I sometimes go overboard and decide "hey, I'm sending my family Reiki, while I'm at it, let's send all these other people Reiki too!"
Long story short; I have been literally breaking down lately, from angry outbursts while alone to horrible hallucinations. I decided to shut certain people from my life in a flash of fury and broke down to cry alone when I decided maybe I needed Reiki myself.
Focused on my solar plexus, only to feel as if my soul was to leave my body. I later felt a prescence literally jump on me. Panicked and had to stop the session when I remembered this can be a side effect of too much Reiki??
Help?

I think the questions asked about Reiki are sometimes incorrect ones; scientifically speaking, I can't think of any way to measure chakras or to even test the benefits of Reiki. It's a shame.
@paulojose: thanks for support, I really appreciate it.
Do you have any idea how many times she has to perform the same task in a day? A week? A month? A year?

What an odd revelation.

There was another mass extinction caused by bacteria in the early years of life here on Earth. One sec.
There seems to be other names that come up frequently as well.
I had a couple in yesterday for a duet Baby Makes Three massage session. Guess what the guy's name was?
