    Perhaps people shouldn't do Yoga and Qi Gong.

    He mentions that asylums are filed up with people who ave been practising wrong yogic practises in past lives @ 9:45 into video (and earlier).

      A few years ago, i was trying kundalini yoga, and i had a very creepy dimensional black out on the third eye chakra... from then i learned dont listen to youtubers and books...

      Kundalini yoga made me a telepath. Do not try it alone, teacher is needed. Thank God I'm not a telepath anymore.

      I have a life-time of eating and drinking habits to change. I do however use a ProPur water filter for my drinking water. I stopped watching main-stream TV broadcasts at least 4 years ago. I still like movies on DVD and sometimes going to cinema. This I am sure will change also in some more time.

      Deprogramming doesn't involve the avoidance of doing certain things, just as Zen Mastery doesn't involve visiting temples or "dressing up".

      With so many gurus around, the world should be FULL of enlightened people? Surely, this enlightenment would spread around the globe like a virus, shifting everyone into new Utopian dimensions of orgasmic delight? The main risk is blindness?

      What is the right way? That´s the billion dollar question. We have to try something, what we think at the time that is correct.
      Avoiding doing certain things is wrong? Don´t see why, if they are wrong we should not do them. Unless they are not wrong or don´t matter.
      Not accepting none of this leaves us stuck, not knowing where to go. I supose it´s better to go somewhere than go nowhere.

      This is what made me reconsider that i indeed wasnt a true believer, and that my faith lacks.

      breemaborg - I think the pink phallus should be given to the Islamic cleric who wants to ban women from touching cucumbers etc... He should be given a pet pig as well.

      I certainly hope I was never a Muslim in a past life; that would be just too horrid and embarrassing. Perhaps I met a few muslims in my alleged Templar days.
