  • Brian, were you insinuating little 12-year-old William of Norwich has a past life affiliation to Adolf Hitler? This obviously all stems into Antisemitism, hence why we looked into its roots in a medieval history class I'm taking.
Appararently all this began way into Roman Times when Hadrian expelled the Jews from Jerusalem in 145. Before then, even. http://www.historyofyork.org.uk/themes/norman/the-1190-massacre

The stories of blood libel were all so bizarre. There was also the tale of a little boy named Hugh that led to the detainment of 90 obviously innocent Jews and te hanging of 18 of them. Bizzare cases. Don't you think that maybe there was some factual basis for these stories? Perhaps these children WERE killed in ritual practises, not by Jews but by that large secret institution that Fritzmeier so lovingly speaks against?
  • Another fun fact: the crown got all the land that once belonged to the men convicted of little Hugh's death.
Even more strangely, little Hugh and William of Norwich had huge cults around them (cult of saints).

People are afraid of outsiders. Jewish communities were not affiliated with Christendom and were thus outcasts, leading them to be the "other".
And you know how people attack the unknown. Too many examples.
  • The Collective Unconscious functions fine with just rumor and hearsay.
  • So there's nothing further to be extrapolated from such terrible events? Other than the fact that people suck?

I've been very consumed in life. Studies in both music and history. Work. Boyfriend. Perhaps due to becoming more and more attached to the illusion I'm getting very rusty. *sigh*

Not to mention the musical studies are indeed very consuming, in both time and mental strain. Hours of exercises, all in need of crisp perfection and immediate auditory understanding. Meditative discipline, but consuming.
And being affiliated to more than my parents leads to deeper ties into the fabric that is the illusion, especially when it's a deep romantic affiliation.
  • By exasperating the angels, WE turn them into demons?
