People who fast usually do it for 28 days. So if you can do it for longer than 2 days then that would be better. But 2 days is a good start. You could start again in a week or so and do longer Oskr.
Peter, 28 days?! Where did you get such an esoterical information? Is it mandatory?...I expect for people to fast as long as they can or want to. Wouldn´t killi most people to fast for such a long period?
PAULOJOSE, YOU "started" something in me, with this "killi" = killy effect → nikola tesla's "inventions" worked 99% only while tesla was alive... &, faustuscrow "nailed" us with lilith infos via... that dude... nick somethin'..
It takes at least 3 days fasting to stimulate stem cells and to reboot the immune system. 5 days isn't enough, either. 12 days is more likely to have some permanent beneficial effects.
Strict water fasting is also a risk for heart failure because during a fast, the body’s intracellular stores of minerals vital for cardiac function, like magnesium and potassium, are depleted, even though serum levels remain normal. The results of this cardiac muscle loss and mineral deprivation can be tragic. During the 1950s and 60s, fasting was used as an experimental treatment for obesity, and several patients died (many from heart failure). Other reports of people dying during long fasts include more cases of heart failure. More recently, in 2010, a woman in Florida died after 21 days of fasting.
