      I have 30 hrs without food..

      The only thing is that my arm hurts at times the left one, perhaps because I reikied it with my heart last night at this point I dont know.

      I checked the hearts health got this

      Checked the pendulum got the arm issue is not related with the heart, but also got its enough with the fasting, and mainly I shouldn't proceed.

      Fasting for days is a question of doing it often, you get used to it. I have fasted many, many days. The result is not impressive, you do think a little clearer but that is all.

      I decided to proceed, I learned that when my body is weak is because its spending nrg on other process.. its better to move when it has energy, I had small palpitation. Taquicardia. I saw a video and a woman said to her is normal, when shes fasting she has 11 days fasting vids. And did lots before. Perhaps I could reach 3 days. Next time perhaps 7
