Things are as they are. Sometimes we simply have to let colours be what they are and do nothing more than marvel at them, even if they represent a less-than-ideal situation or ideology.
Mademoisele LUNA, whether i'm part of YOUR actual attitude, i'm sorry... however, i don't have to remind YOU that the buddhist detachment is absolutely different from nihilysm... therefore, instead "paint it black" - would it be better "paint it colorles' "? = just a thought... "be water, my friend..." - bruce lee (water is different from darknes', but within the Mariana Trench is quite dark, isn't it?)
@breemaborg The inkblots and colours were very present during an E.M.D.R. therapy session I went through. It was, strangely enough, quite liberating to see all those colours and piles of ink come out of nowhere. And realize that I had no control over them and they simply are.
But you have an excellent point. I don't know how much the actual colours are related to what you're describing, however. Not everything has to have a bigger meaning.
Sometimes the colour yellow is just that- the colour yellow. It doesn't NEED to signify anything other than a colour despite our need to identify it as something else (as in dream analysis, etc.).
The desire for a void and going down the rabbit hole... it would just be nice for everything to be pitch black and not have to exist or engage with anything. The rabbit hole wouldn't necessarily LEAD anywhere. Everything goes somewhere. But it would just be nice to... not "be"? Not exist?
Like Dorian Gray we all have a sort of mirror, in his case a painting, where our indignity is portraied, "Mirror aux noir" or something like that I was told. When, only when, that mirror is clear can we vacate this world of misery(not before?! Crap!...).
@Brian It makes sense that every chakra is capable of representing a deadly sin. Our energy centres, as centres of energy and flow, can represent our weaknesses, in a way... if you catch from whence this idea emerges? Not very good with words, sorry!
Our biggest flaws as beings here, our biggest vulnerabilities are probably fully represented there. We're not so dissimilar, all of us here! Even if we like to think we are!
@paulojose You can never divert your weaknesses from affecting you deeply, trust me!
From experience. Everyone here deals with not only the consequences of their actions but also the consequences of their character, be they good (due to virtue) or bad (due to flaws).
Our own lives are usually a reflection of everything we are and have been. Everything is a consequence of every little choice we make (karma... even what we can't control we, in a weird sense, brought unto ourselves!).
Maybe that's why not being fully in control is so scary to some people.

Yes, fuck everything. Woohoo!!!
Sometimes you just have to engage in what is called "not caring".

That just takes us right back to where we started....

Oh goodness! No, no! Art, freedom and colour, lots of colour, for me!
Goodbye anxiety! Goodbye fear! To live in fear is to hardly exist!
