Well, there are already problems with very processed foods that have lead to weird trends like gluten-free mania and so forth. Who says this won't have the same unfortunate effects on our bodies?
There doesn't seem to be much wrong with it for now. There's lots of people to feed in the world and no one wants to starve or allow anyone else to starve.
Mass-produced bread contains about 31 ingredients on average, including chemical additives for preservation and added nutrients that should not be necessary in a normal diet. Wonderbread tastes like a very gross paste and is almost inedible but it's all some people know.
Bread from a baker maybe has maybe 3 or 4 ingredients and tastes amazing.
Why do so many people claim to he gluten-intolerant in places like Canada? Is it maybe the amount of mass-produced bread people consume? There's very few bakeries up here and anything from one isn't expensive but rare. Mass-produced bread isn't good for you. Not really.
But it's food.
