I don't vouch for his video, just the title. He believes in flat Earth so can't take him too seriously.

I had thought in the past that my spiritual guides were in fact more like parole officers rather than simply helpful guides.

As you have said in the past BS, the idea is to escape form here. You also, interestingly, said this place is harder to escape from than the last place "we blew-up". Thought provoking indeed. I am just wondering who pushed the button. Perhaps it was baby Groot? Baby Groot is the funniest sh!t ever, perhaps.

So how do people make sure they expand the mind before kundalini? 

Some people who have kundalini experiences can end up in insane asylums, so it sure makes sense to expand the mind first to cope with the high strangeness of kundalini.
