Pornography
Pornography is wicked. It is the scourge of mankind. I was an addict for many years. It was just getting worse. It actually has ruined my life. I have overcome pornography, not having watched it for a few years. If you are reading this and you are an addict, just stop it. Stop it right now. It is very bad karma. I regret, but it does not help me at all, if I can't eliminate it through meditation. I'm worried of all the adolescents who "find" pornography. It can destroy relationships and, surely, degenerates the individual.
I know this is a hard subject, but do you have any words? I feel actually very ashamed, but I'm glad it is over now. Praying? Maybe that helps as well.

In the video, brain scans show that the visual cortex does in fact shut down when watching porn. Human beings, unfortunately, have urges. There's nothing wrong with that and it's ridiculous anyone would think there is.
I heard a story once about a Buddhist monk that cut off his dick because he kept on getting urges and couldn't meditate. First off, he would have had to get rid of thes testicles because now peeing will be impossibly difficult for him. Secondly, he refused to have it put back on and I'm thinking "man, you want to be castrated, not de-penised, you dumb tool".
There's NOTHING wrong with sex or sexual urges, no matter what anyone tells you. And if anyone tells you otherwise, they're most likely asexual or bigoted assholes. Most people are not asexual, so...
El duende, or "the dwarf" was a small man who would break into homes and steal babies. He was related to the devil.
The parable (as a three-year-old grasped) of the story was that I, a screaming and spoiled three-year-old, had to be good. Lest el duende come and kidnap me and take me away from my family forever.
