Randi debunks a dowser

If that is false, then how precise are past live findings that we get while we are dowsing? I don't believe in dowsing.

  • The longer something remains buried the greater becomes its magnetic influence? The dowser that does not fully understand his tools is not a real dowser.

Einstein himself respected dowsing and what it implied. He said: “I know very well that many scientists consider dowsing as a type of ancient superstition. According to my conviction this is, however, unjustified. The dowsing rod is a simple instrument which shows the reaction of the human nervous system to certain factors which are unknown to us at this time.”

But Randi was not testing dowsing - only the claims of a so-called dowser who clearly does not understand the limitations of dowsing when quantified by conventional measuring standards.

So you are saying that the man in the video didn't know what he was truly doing? When did you start dowsing? How do you know that you can use a pendulum let's say professionally?
  • How does that pertain to dowsing? Shit, Brian, you are so elusive!
  • “Every man takes the limits of his own field of vision for the limits of the world.”
