  • Slavoj Zizek once said that dogma, certain dogma in a society was not a bad thing. For instance, he said, it would be horrible to live in a society where one would have to constantly have to argue that rape is immoral and completely unacceptable.

    These people are simply very ill. We seem to have fallen prey to extreme leftism, where almost anything goes. Of course, the extreme right is also terrible, a fascist and bigoted mess. Both sides are sick, and a little dogma that bonds us to the confines of sanity was never bad.

    In the end, any extreme mode of thinking or perceiving situations ia bad and should be treated as such.
  • Perhaps this dogma is merely common sense. Common sense that is slowly being eradicated, slowly, but surely.

    But the speed at which it is being wiped out is astounding!
