Development of artifacts and symbols associated with Halloween formed over time. Jack-o'-lanterns are traditionally carried by guisers on All Hallows' Eve in order to frighten evil spirits. There is a popular Irish Christian folktale associated with the jack-o'-lantern, which in folklore, is said to represent a "soul who has been denied entry into both heaven and hell".
A jack-o'-lantern (or jack o'lantern) is a carved pumpkin or turnip lantern, associated with the holiday of Halloween and named after the phenomenon of a strange light flickering over peat bogs, called will-o'-the-wisp or jack-o'-lantern. In a jack-o'-lantern, the top of the pumpkin or turnip is cut off to form a lid, the inside flesh is scooped out, and an image — usually a monstrous or comical face - is carved out of the rind to expose the hollow interior.
A reminder that stupid people cannot be hypnotized and, as such, when they expire they cannot migrate to ANY pre-programmed destination successfully. They can't hang around here, either, as they cannot contribute anything useful to the success of the New Utopia.
