Earning

edited February 2016 in Reiki
In reiki we have been adviced to charge the reiki sessions of our clients. But how to start earning money to make an income?

Personally my clients get disappointed in the first healing sesssion, since they are expecting some kind of significant change.

Im charging like 2.7 dollars per session, and they are evencomplaining at that.

I wish i could receive more advice on this, they are seeing it just as a relaxing therapy. Thanks

  • Is sickness all about wrong attitudes, emotional blockages, obsessions and poor energy management? Who are worse, the Reiki practioners or their clients? It's all a challenging melting pot of karmic balance and retribution.

  • baptism of fire
    phrase of baptism
    1.
a difficult or painful new undertaking or experience.
  • It's merely flirting with the traditional boundaries of sickness and delusion.

  • Channeling, kundalini, chakras etc. are new age nonsense according to Billy Meier. From an absolute standpoint, Meier is wrong. But, if we consider the level of delusion people live under, then what Meier says turns out to be true on the more mundane, practical and materialistic levels. Meier, like other cult leaders, will use this understanding to further certain idealistic, social, political and personal agendas.

    Im trying to understand.

    Are you saying:

1 im doing this in order to set fire the kundalini?

2 and by that, charging less in a delusional way to declare myself the son of god as icke did?

3 and by that kundalini arise ill try to become a wealthy man?

    trial and judgement

    test, and deep analysis?

    sorry is hard.
  • WE are ALL sons & daughters of GOD .

who is GOD ? EACH &EVERY BEAT OF A HUMAN HEART
  • Deal with the snake!

  • So are you saying that i should not be looking up forward to kundalini?
    cause that similar to gnosis?

i must confess i feel blinded without any hability to help clients or saying why i found congested areas with the pendulum. its also abit dissapointing to them not receiveing info of why they have negative energy on their bodies.

Read as much as you can about Master Choa Kok Sui's techniques and then apply them.
  • I'm sorry, but he seems to be labelled a businessman. I know there's technically nothing wrong with the idea, but the whole term makes me very uncomfortable. Not because of the actual act of trade, but because of its ethical reputation.

  • When the Sabbath came, He began to teach in the synagogue; and the many listeners were astonished, saying, "Where did this man get these things, and what is this wisdom given to Him, and such miracles as these performed by His hands? "Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, and brother of James and Joses and Judas and Simon? Are not His sisters here with us?" And they took offense at Him. Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his hometown and among his own relatives and in his own household."…
  • Yeah, personally been labeled as a bussines guy by some members of my family even by my own father. Even charging 2.7 USD per sesión.
  • Ill study such techniques, the last vídeo you posted on pranic healing was ver y interesting. Just on weekend 2 people whom i talked about reiki mentioned that they heard anecdotes about surgery with reiki. Both were evangelic christians. Perhaps a sign i must do reiki 3 as fast as i can.
  • During the Middle Ages, the term "artisan" was applied to those who made things or provided services. It did not apply to unskilled manual labourers. Artisans were divided into two distinct groups: those who operated their own businesses and those who did not. Those who owned their businesses were called masters, while the latter were the journeymen and apprentices. One misunderstanding many people have about this social group is that they picture them as "workers" in the modern sense: employed by someone. The most influential group among the artisans were the masters, the business owners. The owners enjoyed a higher social status in their communities.
  • People called Jesus a carpenter (Mark 6:3), and He was known as a carpenter’s son (Matthew 13:55). There is some evidence that the Greek word used for “carpenter” (tekton) could also be translated more broadly as “artisan,” “contractor,” or “handyman.” It is possible, therefore, that Jesus and Joseph were the sort of men you call when something needs to be fixed—be it made of wood, stone, or something else. It is also possible that they acted as civil engineers, even designing bridges or other structures that were needed by the people of the town. This throws an interesting light on Jesus’ later comments about the temple. As they were going past the temple, His disciples, perhaps knowing of His interests and past profession, pointed out the grandeur of the great buildings. Jesus told His disciples that those structures would all be thrown down (Mark 13:2). In addition to being a prophecy, Jesus’ words were perhaps a reminder of the importance of the spiritual over the physical.
