This is for the farm animals. When is someone here going to climb the fence and move beyond the prison consciousness of super beings controlling everything we do?
"Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.
@breemaborg: but who creates music? We do! And do you think that musicians like Philip Glass and Terri Riley think about music in those terms?
Maybe Terri Riley, but he was active in the 60s and maybe had no access to such information. Nobody here wants to willingly hypnotize anyone, I personally think we do it to ourselves. We create music because that's what we do. We listen to music because that's what we do. C'est la vie.
Maybe some people are into willingly hypnotizing people. But not mediocre pop musicians (most are unbearably mediocre) who use freakig auto-tune for everything (vomit). Who can't even compose a line of music by themselves (60 people composing a piece? What?) and who seem to be incapable of understanding basic harmony. Not them. Pop music nowadays is so bland. So uneventful. Gross.
34 “Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.35 For I have come to turn
“‘a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law— 36 a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.’
37 “Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.38 Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me.39 Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake will find it. – Jesus
There would not be real consequences? Law of karma gives us the responsibility. Why not a god as well, though real humanists could refute the both and be good persons nevertheless.
