In an absolute sense, Narcissism is a sure sign of a weak mind and/or incorrect focus. But how can it be wrong when it brings so much admiration?

Admiration is the gateway to Abundance and Abundance is the gateway to Ascension?

The oposite of abundance, scarcity , is a big obstacle to moving forward. If we have barely or not at all the material needs fulfilled, if we have to worry constantly with them, then our atention is focused on that and with nothing else, not at all with spiritual achievment. It´s a trap that pratically almost all humans fall in. The elite knows this very well.

It's funny, because narcissism is probably the opposite of what seems to be required to get out of samsara.

A complete focus on the ego can never allow a person to detach from anything, because they view everything as an extension of themselves. In the New Age, there seems to be such a focus on the self per se. Self-improvement books, make yourself thin and gorgeous, make yourself materially successful.

If there's anything I've learned here is that all this gallimaufry of stupidity emerges from our intense focus on ourselves.
